Yes. We provide physician-guided medical weight management, including GLP-1 treatment when medically appropriate. Treatment is individualized based on your medical history, goals, and clinical evaluation.
Yes. We offer physician-guided TRT and men’s wellness services for appropriate patients. Evaluation includes a review of symptoms, medical history, and laboratory testing to determine whether treatment is appropriate.
Existing patients can use the Schedule an Appointment link on our website to access the secure patient portal and book an appointment.
Yes. Mountain House Direct Care is primarily appointment-based. New patients should complete the online registration first, and existing patients can schedule through the patient portal.
Mountain House Direct Care uses a direct-pay model for our services. We do not bill insurance for membership or visit fees. Patients may use their insurance separately for eligible medications, laboratory testing, imaging, and specialist care when applicable.
